It isn't uncommon to find Tim connecting across social divides and engaging with issues of injustice and human rights in either his personal or professional life.

His experience over the past 20 years working predominantly in the community development and not for profit sectors has given a helpful insight into the lives of the clients and systems engaged by law firms who work in the Children's and Magistrates' Courts of Victoria.

Having significant experience in small business management, IT, administration and finance Tim was well suited to support the work of Orenstein Lawyers when his cousin Joel approached him in 2018.

That opportunity provided the perfect environment to learn the ropes of the different systems and structures including DHHS, Court Services Victoria, Victoria Legal Aid and Victoria Police.

Working alongside other firms and practitioners Tim saw the opportunity to also support other firms in their work to serve clients. A passion to empower others firms to do their best work grew and the concept of Best Practice Management took shape.

BPM has continued to grow and developed significant expertise and a series of proven tools and processes that help law firms do their best work. Clients come from across the state from both regional and metropolitan contexts and work in the Children's and Magistrates' Courts.
