Sharing your space with a ‘Guest’ is easy and can be done temporarily or long term.

Here is how you do it...

Share a page

• Note- When you share a page with someone, that person can see all the pages and databases that live on that page, and any pages inside those pages and databases and so on. Any databases that do not live on the page (or within) and are only a ‘linked view’ can NOT be seen by those sharing the page.

1. Choose a page you want to share or create a new page and give it a tile...

1. Click on ‘Share’ in the top righthand corner.
